Before blasting off into Yellowstone, I spent a more relaxed day in the Dubois area hiking to Louise Lake. The Wind River Range is known for its bighorn sheep population (as I learned at the National Bighorn Sheep Interpretive Center, a great place to spend $6 and an hour), but if they were around then my lazy ass got up too late to see them.
